RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project
The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has received funding from the World Bank for the Education and Skills Strengthening Project (ESSP) cost. It means to apply part of the earnings for seeking advice from services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) will assist the Project Manager and the RMI National Training Council in carrying out the World Bank-funded project successfully.
The project will concentrate on supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in developing a framework for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for TVET, targeted at helping the College of the Marshall Islands and the RMI National Training Council evaluate and enhance the abilities of workers through accredited college certification.
The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the task are indicated in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
The National Training Council now welcomes eligible people (“Consultants”) to suggest their interest in offering the Services. Interested Consultants need to provide details showing that they have the required certifications and pertinent experience to perform the Services (connect a Cover Letter of no more than four (4) pages resolving the mandatory experience and qualification requirements curriculum vitae with a description of experience in similar projects, similar conditions, etc). The criteria for choosing the Consultant are: A.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in education, training
, management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in TVET System. Curriculum Design and Systems.
Have 2-5 years’ experience developing and
carrying out RPL. frameworks, policies, and treatments. A sample of previous work will be required as evidence of previous experience. Outstanding communication, training, and facilitation
skills. Experience with dealing with diverse stakeholders, including government. firms, TVET institutions, companies, and learners in the Pacific. B. Desired Qualifications and Experience Ability to deal sensitively in a multicultural

In her opening remarks, Secretary for the Ministry of Culture and Internal Affairs, Brenda Alik, underscored the significance of collective action in constructing a climate-resilient country.”It is our duty to come together and interact. . The Marshall Islands: Skills Training and Vocational Education Project Assesses the performance of the job and highlights lessons. The study put forward that ADB might motivate the Government of the Marshall Islands, through assessment and policy discussion, to follow through on the federal government’s
commitment to developing a committed labour details system to link technical and employment education training program offerings with market need.
